If you have been experiencing problems entering your online applications (an error message stating that your Control ID Number is invalid), please follow the instructions listed here to ensure that your browser is handling the application pages correctly.

Labor knows that contracted workers entering sensitive facilities must be well-trained, safe and threat-free. And, with S.W.A.C., Corporate Enrollment is FREE. Enroll your company or organization now to help assure the safety and security of sensitive facilities and critical infrastructure.

Once an organization or contractor joins S.W.A.C., its members (i.e. workers) may submit Individual Membership Applications. To apply for acceptance into the S.W.A.C. community of secure workers, simply review the application requirements, select Individual Membership Application below and click 'Enroll Now!'

		Corporate Membership Application � To enroll your company or organization in S.W.A.C. please select this option and click 'Continue' to complete and submit a Corporate Membership Application. Once this application is completed, your organization will be issued a Sponsor Control Id that is used by affiliated workers to identify your organization when submitting Individual Membership Applications.

		Individual Membership Application � Each individual worker must apply for their personal S.W.A.C. membership. In order to process your application you must either provide a Sponsor Control Id OR choose to self-sponsor your application. To begin, please select this option and click 'Continue' to complete and submit an Individual Membership Application.

NOTE: Participating industry cost reimbursement programs WILL NOT reimburse contractors or organization for workers who FAIL minimum requirements as documented in Disqualifying Criminal Offenses available for download on this page.

DO NOT submit an application for any worker who does not meet these minimum criminal background requirements.
